A holistic combination of various approaches, techniques and tools for best outcome for you

Body movement classes
Different suitable approaches concerning body movement I learned and keep learning about that allow you to gradually improve sense of your body and make the quality of your life higher
Meditative techniques
Hand in hand with body comes the spirit that resides within and as both of them are connected, they shall also be treated equally to fully develop one's self
A combination of movement techniques
The systems I utilize in my approach to movement and the body include:
-
Mat Pilates (which includes elements of martial arts, yoga, and dance choreography).
-
Studio Pilates - important to note: I don't use machines or reformers, but with knowledge, skills, and a touch of creativity, I create incredible effects as in studio Pilates, no less effective than on the floor, and sometimes even more so, using mat props I have for this purpose.
-
I also employ the fascial approach "Slings in Motion" (a system aimed at working with fascial tissue, which houses many nerve receptors and surrounds muscles, choreography is drawn from yoga and Pilates).
-
Ideokinesis - a neurocognitive speech commands technique that uses different kinds of movement images , for example “rhythm of bones” from Eric Franklin, to make the process of movement more efficient and helps to connect the mind with the body.
-
Feldenkrais' body-oriented method, where we explore our movement habits, slow down, immerse ourselves in the body, focusing inward. Through movement, we identify zones of tension (everyone has their own). We learn to move easily without strain. This method powerfully reboots the nervous system.
-
Myofascial tissue release through movement to free up tissues for further movement, offering lasting results.
-
3D movement - we learn to move different body parts relative to each other, adding different planes of movement.
-
Martial arts - there are elements of flow movement, synchronizing with breath and attention during movement—elements from Eastern practices and yoga.
-
Neurobiomechanics - As we age, due to stress, the brain becomes rigid, resulting in premature aging that impacts your psyche and body. That's why foundations of working with sensory systems, where one of the most essential is the eye-movement reflex, are important. We integrate all reflexes into movement (the most interesting part). This method effectively rejuvenates the nervous system, a crucial part of the process.
-
Taping - sometimes I use it as a tool to release muscle spasm, aiding greater muscle engagement and redistributing movement load.
As you can see, each system has its strengths, and one of my goals is to integrate all these systems and approaches into one for the most profound transformational outcome.

Sound therapy
The use of Tibetan singing bowls in sound meditation has a multi-dimensional impact on individuals, working on at least two levels:
-
The impact of sound waves - The unique overtones produced by the singing bowls influence the auditory system, both its peripheral and central aspects. This influence extends to a person's consciousness and mental activity. This effect can induce unique phenomena such as auditory illusions, diversion from the current stream of thoughts, and a sense of temporal disorientation.
-
Impact on the listener's vibrational field - The vibrations produced by the singing bowls affect the listener's own sound field. These vibrations contribute to an altered perception of the body.
Together, both of these effects create a distinctive sonic trance—a state characterized by potent healing and rejuvenating effects. This trance extends across various levels of human organization, from the cellular to the spiritual.
The primary objective is to "establish alignment" and reestablish the connection between the spirit and the body.
Why do I have special bowls?
These are old antique bowls made in the traditional way. In the modern market, you won't find bowls with such shape (look at the larger ones) and such sound.
In my work, I use not only bowls but also several instruments selected in a way that they create a resonant field - a dome of sound. A harmonious sound creates a space that harmoniously affects a person's state.
You are a suitable candidate for a sound meditation session if:
-
You're experiencing accumulated stress.
-
You're engaged in intense mental work.
-
You're grappling with pent-up aggression.
-
You're feeling apathetic.
-
You're struggling with decision-making.
-
Relaxation is a challenge for you.
-
You're seeking a new perspective on a situation.
-
You desire pleasure.
-
You're looking to slow down.
-
You're uncertain about your life goals.
-
You're involved in spiritual practices and self-development.
Sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls will make your mind more receptive to inner imagery, shifting your focus from external stimuli, such as the sound of the singing bowls, to your inner world. You will be held in a state between sleep and wakefulness, with only the sound channel keeping you conscious. Other channels of sensory perception of the world will be disconnected. This is a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness.
During the session, you will experience:
-
Complete emotional relaxation.
-
Stable mental state.
-
Rapid restoration of energy balance.
-
Reduced stress levels.
-
Activation of self-healing processes.
-
Reinforcement of positive intentions through subconscious programming. By setting intentions in a relaxed, pre-sleep state, you align your entire being to carry out those intentions when you are fully awake again.
Olfactotherapy
I particularly enjoy combining sound therapy with olfactory meditation and art therapy. Olfactory meditation stimulates the frontal lobes of the brain, greatly benefiting mental processes. It normalizes the activity of brain neurotransmitters, provides access to memories and the unconscious, and interestingly, the area of the brain responsible for memories is very close to the part responsible for emotional equilibrium.
The essential oils I work with are from a French laboratory, offering the purest extracts of the highest quality. Recently, olfactory therapy has been introduced in French clinics for brain trauma patients and the elderly, yielding inspiring results. Translated articles on this subject are available on my website.
